Problem with the IMM board

Need help in Los Angeles area
I have been getting intermittent 211 errors.
I installed new software (1.4) acquired from Hirsch. The error was occuring and I had to adjus the shaft back to zero and go. Now, the display kinda flutters and it says 211 and the machine just stops. All I have to do is hit start until the next error. Help
