MADPUNCH

i just dowload MADPUNCH with success but to start the software the key which was given to me is invalid as indicated in the message.
please can i have any assistance for this matter.

I am a brand new member and downloaded the software. The key software is telling me that the key that is listed on the webpage is expired. Did I do something wrong? How can it be expired since I just downloaded the software and 10 minutes later tried the key?

Is there a user manual on line for the mad punch software that can be downloaded.

well, I'm clueless!! I can't navigate this site at all. I'm a beginner at embroidery and computers but it seems if I click on basics or tutorials I should get a page with some info shouldn't I? Can I get help? I just need to be able to download designs I've purchased and one of the sites said you were the software I needed to do that. HELP!!

I downloaded Mad Punch like the Embroidery Warehouse said I could and I thought I did it right, but it will not let me do lettering, I have nothing in menu that indicates a font or lettering, I can click on the large A and click the mouse button on the screen and the words Mad Punch will come up, but I didn't put it in and I can't find any where that I can do lettering, I went to YouTube and watched the video and tried to figure what it might be clicking on in the file menu, but I have nothing there. I have used and own several embroidery digitizing softwares, like Compucon, Origons, Auto Digitizing and believe me even the Singer EU 1 was easier to figure out.

my key is expired and i haven t recived the new one on my e-mail the any one now how long takes to get it i cant use the mad punch

I need a new security key for my software ,the one I got seems to be expired already.I just became a member and downloaded it.

Please can you change the link for my french tutorial for http://salvilab.free.fr/madpunch/Mad...toriel_01.html. Excuse me. I am just beginning with it. I have a lot of things to explain.It will come but I am looking for a method with MADPunch for creating knots. Does it exist? Thanks for your software.
