i install the soft and the key here doesn't work why'?

What error do you get????

Make sure to enter the name (TEWH) and the key all in the correct case.

You should be able to copy and paste the exact code i have there and the name.

Do not use any other name

There are not any help files in the software.

All help/support, etc is on the forum.

EXACTLY WHAT error are you getting? We need to know exactly what error it is, otherwise we are lost.

YOU MUST unistall any previous version you have on your computer and redownload and reinstall the version that is on the site.

YOU MUST enter the NAME and KEY that we provided exactly as it is (DO NOT ENTER ANY OTHER NAME).

You need to uninstall the version you have, download the latest version on the site, install it and then use the key and name as provided in the previous post.

In this version YOU DO NOT need to worry about the fingerprint number.

Are you copying and pasting the code EXACTLY as seen - case sensative?

The programmer believes it has something to do with your printer believe it or not... Do you have a printer connected to this computer that is on a network or a printer that was disconnect and not used anymore?

I downloded the program and installed it in 30, Oct, 2008 i copied the name and key and paste them at the propper fields exactly, i dont type any thing, just copy and pase but the program still not running and gives the message

The key you entered is already expired. Please enter a new key.

where can i find this new key !!!!!!!

I reinstalled the program but it will not open,if I put the key in it comes back with "The key you entered is already expired. Please enter a new key." what can I do

Have had the software for a while, this happens every so many days. I'm waiting on the key also.

I need a new key, the one posted isn't acceptable. I can't use the program it says the key is expired. Why does that keep happening?
