All help files are located within this forum. The help files in spanish are not even relevent to the software even if you could read them.

If you have questions that are not answered in the forum then feel free to post a question and someone will get back to you later.

Please can you help me too. I have just downloaded the Madpunch software and is eager to start working but it gives me the Key expired error message

I am having the same problem. Key does not work. Just downloaded the program. Key has expired. What give?

I have downloaded the software and am not having any luck in getting it to accept the user Name and Key. I first entered the name and key they copied and pasted them and I still get the same response: The name/key you provided does not appear to be valid. Please try again.
