New installation, How to do the printer
I dont know what they mean when I was asked to configure a printer I already have one programmed with my computer. And then I get this error message.
error: Acess violation at 0x00EEABDC{tried to read from 0x80502F6A} program terminated. Please help ?

Is there anyone out there who can help me with this installation. I have literally called the company ...when through most of the posts. Wrote to administrator and no help. I have been at this for 2 days.
