I downloaded and installed the program. When it asked for key I copied and pasted to be sure I didn't type it wrong. I still get "It appears the name/key is incorrect...'?????????

Did you also make sure to copy the name as well? the key is generated off of the name. Please make sure you copy and paste the name AND key exactly as they appear.

I had this same problem a month or so ago when I first downloaded the software. Today, I completely uninstalled the software, shut down my computer, restarted my computer, downloaded the latest version from the link provided at the top of the thread, installed it, rebooted, carefully Copied and Pasted the Name and Key from the top of the forums into the appropriate fields of the dialog box and I still get the same error. It tells me that the key is already expired.

Any help on this?

I downloaded the software minutes ago and when cutting and pasting in the name and key get the message "key has expired".

I am having the same problem

Downloaded and installed two days ago. The key worked for about 4 hours. Now all I get is this. And if this is supposidly "Free" software, why the "Buy Now" button?
