Default Reporting "not connected to the internet" HELP

I have installed removed and reinstalled the program... yet it still shuts down after saying that I am not connected to the internet while I am always connected. I have tried putting the program in my firewall, turning off me firewall and finally connecting directly to my DSL modem nothing works... Is there anyone that can help me with this problem...
Thank You in Advance

What operating system are you running? please describe the exact steps you take when the error occurs.

I am having the same problem. I am running Vista Home Premium. When the event occurs, a pop up in the middle of the screen says, "You must be connected to the internet". The only choice given is to click "OK". When I do this, MadPunch closes imediately. This occurs after using the program for 4 to 5 minutes.

@steel:
double check that the program is allowed access to the internet through your firewall. also, is UAC enabled? If it is, try right clicking on the program shortcut and choosing "Run as administrator" from the pop-up menu. Let me know if that helps.
Also, does it do this for the same event every time? For example, does it happen every time you click a certain menu or press a certain key? Is there any pattern?

Chose "Run As Administrator" and it seems to have solved the problem.

Thanks
